Return Policy

Please carefully inspect the items when receiving the order, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Please carefully review our return policy below to determine if your purchase is eligible for return.

Eligibility:

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.
  • Glazing Supplies/Tools are final sales with no exceptions.
  • Shower Doors and Display Cases are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

Process:

  • All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Items sent back to us without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
  • To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at sales@cosmoglasshardware.com. Please include your order number, and the item code and quantity of the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping fee if the items are not defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Items returned up to 14 days after being received are eligible for a partial refund issued to the original form of payment. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock.
  • Items returned between 14-30 days after being received are not eligible for a refund. Store credit will be applied to eligible items returned between 14-30 days. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from store credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. Store credit does not expire.
  • Items are not eligible for refund or store credit more than 30 days after the order is received by the customer.

Shipping

  • Shipping fee and delivery dates are estimated by automated system based on the weight and dimension of selected items and the shipping options customer choose.

Product Care

We recommend regularly cleaning your shower door hardware with a soft towel or cloth to maintain the appearance of its original finish. Abrasive cleaner and harsh chemicals should never be used on any of our hardware.
